Sanitarians are open to the public.*
Minutes
of the proceedings of Board meetings are recorded and
maintained by the Board. Minutes are available for
public inspection after approval by the Board.
An Agenda
is established for each meeting and distributed to the
members prior the meeting date. Items for discussion
should be submitted to the chair prior to the meeting in
order to have the item(s) placed on the agenda.
*Scheduled/called
meetings are conducted pursuant to G.S. 90A-57 and in
accordance with the open meetings laws G.S. 143.318.
Public participation may be restricted as set forth in
G.S. 143.318.11 and G.S. 143.318.18(6).
