Registration
Renewal
An individual wishing to
renew registration as an Intern or Registered Sanitarian
must complete an Application
for Renewal Form by December 31st of each year. The
individual must have successfully completed at least 15
clock hours of continuing education approved by the
Board during the year the application is filed. In
addition, the individual must have successfully
completed a public health law course within the first 4
years of employment.
A renewal fee of $35.00
must accompany each application. The fee and the
completed application must be sent to Janice
Jones, PO Box 610, Lumberton, NC 28359 before December 31. |
